Aqdas Gharbi with graduates of college of pharmacy
Aqdas Gharbi, the daughter of Batul Sharqi and Nasr Allah Khan Gharbi, was one of the first female graduates of the college of pharmacy. According to the family, she was pregnant when this photograph was taken. The other woman in the photo is probably Akhtar Firdaws.

Furugh al-Saltanah Azarakhshi
Furugh al-Saltanah Azarakhshi was the founder of girls' schools in Mashhad. The inscription on verso reads: "This photograph was given to Ms. Jaʻfari, so that she will remember me. Furugh Azarakhshi. 6/16/1951"
